Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship as fast as we can, but due to the handmade nature of our products, our lead time is 7-14 working days after placing your order. Once your product is out of production, we will ship the product and send you an email with a tracking number. We ship via courier and guarantee that you will receive your order. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.

Return Policy

If you purchased a product directly from us and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we will issue a credit voucher for the purchase price of the product. Lullu and Me products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Include the packing slip, along with reason for return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for any reason from shipping date.

1. Return of Non-Defective Goods:

In the case of a customer returning a product for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, example would be that the customer is not happy with the aesthetic, the product must be returned in perfect condition without sign of usage and we will issue a credit to purchase something else at a later date.
If there are signs of usage or if the product is damaged by transport, we reserve the right to dismiss the product.
All return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
The customer will need to arrange that their product is shipped back to our head office.

2. Return of Defective Goods:

In the case of a customer returning a product as a result of a manufacturing defect, Lullu and Me will repair the product.
The customer will need to arrange that their product is shipped back to our head office for repair.

Lullu and Me will then arrange that the product is returned to the customer once it has been repaired.
